At I Love Linen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bedding or homewares aren't exactly what you dreamed of, we offer a 30-day return period for all unused and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your items and place them in their original fabric bags and packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.

  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
